Fees: ***I am currently not accepting new clients because the practice is at full capacity. Anyone wishing to get on a list for future openings, please email me, as things do change rapidly. Thank you for your patience, and wishes for finding a wonderful and helpful therapist.

I offer a free consultation call, so we can assess if it feels right to work with one another. It is of the utmost importance that you feel comfortable with your therapist, and that you get any initial questions answered before you begin the process.

I do not work directly with insurance companies, but I do have a National Provider Identification number (NPI), which enables me to work as an out-of-network provider for plans offering that option. To see if your plan offers reimbursement for out-of-network providers, call the Customer Service number on your insurance card and ask if your particular plan qualifies. In addition, ask if there are any stipulations, such as a maximum number of sessions covered within a certain time period, or certain diagnoses required. I would provide you with the paperwork to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement on a monthly or quarterly basis.

*I will sometimes offer sessions twice per month, rather than a weekly commitment, if financial concerns are present and the issues being addressed are not high-risk.

My Approach to Helping

Welcome! My therapy practice offers services to families, adults, teens and children looking for guidance and support. I provide a blend of psycho-education, skill-building, deep listening and analyzation, client-centered reflection, and creative arts healing opportunities. I utilize evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and EFT. I also bring in elements of more traditional psychodynamic practices, and existential meaning-making inquiries. I focus on the relational nature of all struggles, as well as strengths. I develop relaxed and authentic relationships with my clients, using compassion, lightness, practicality and genuine care.
