My Approach to Helping
I have always been passionate about the field of psychology because I believe in the value of self-exploration to achieve personal growth. We all strive to be better versions of ourselves. If you struggle to get out of bed in the morning, feel weighed down by worry, or are struggling in your relationships, I can help! You don't have to struggle alone. Life can be hard, full of different kinds of obstacles that affect everyone differently. I can offer you a safe and collaborative experience where you are the expert on your own life. My goal is to help you establish attainable goals and work with you on developing skills to accomplish these goals, as well as maintain your success long after therapy has ended.
