Ages 6-99 I work with adults, teens, and families seeking support for anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, mood disorders, bipolar disorder, panic attacks, stress, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and difficulty focusing. I support women navigating postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety, hormonal mood changes, relationship stress, and life transitions. I work with professionals experiencing work‑related stress, high‑functioning anxiety, ADHD symptoms, and burnout. I support teens struggling with school anxiety, attention issues, behavioral concerns, social stress, and emotional regulation. I work with parents seeking mental health care for their children and families needing guidance around communication, behavior, and emotional wellness. I also work with individuals dealing with grief, chronic stress, trauma recovery, self‑esteem issues, and major life changes. Children (ages 6+) struggling with attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), anxiety, behavioral issues, mood issues, feeling overwhelmed, trouble sleeping, and school-related challenges.
