I know what its like to grow up in a family, school, community, and society and not fit in. We all are born lovable and acceptable regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, religion, or type of body we exist in. When we are not allowed to be ourselves, bullied for it, hated for it, and shamed we internalize it and struggle to love ourselves. If you are tired of bending over backward to please others and fit in I am here to help you show your true colors and learn to love yourself just the way you are. I provide a safe and non-judgmental space to share your feelings and will give you the tools you need to cope with our world. I see people both virtually and in person.
