My Approach to Helping

Are you over consumed with worry? Do you seek self-care and healthier habits? Are you struggling to find balance in your daily life? Do you feel isolated, alone, or stuck? Do you struggle with prioritizing your needs? Do you lack meaningful connections and support systems? Are there persistent challenges or emotions you find hard to navigate alone? Do you lack ability to cope with stress or difficult memories? If any of the above applies to you, you are at the right place. Together, we will gain an understanding of root causes to your concerns. You will have healthier habits, a stronger sense of self, and a new outlook on life.

As a mental health therapist, I help professionals in Memphis, TN and the surrounding areas with past experiences affecting present well-being to heal and to move forward in life.

I believe that it takes a village to help others to discover and to achieve balanced, fulfilling lives. At Palm Leaf Wellness, I offer a strengths-based, collaborative and casual approach to helping people discover and live the lives they desire based on their chosen goals and aspirations.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist

As a third-generation adult child of an alcoholic, I speak from personal experiences of having family dysfunction that produced a high functioning, anxious person who struggled in silence with emotional neglect, enmeshment, self-worth issues, and relationship issues.

So when you hear me say: you're not alone, I speak from a place of sympathy, compassion, hope, and love.
