My Approach to Helping
My collaborative approach is comforting and empowering to guide you to where you want to be. I will utilize your strengths and in our exploration together bring light to hurtful patterns or cycles that continue to create obstacles in your life. I use a family systems approach and aim to incorporate all members to create real change and explore opportunities for growth. I use a cognitive behavioral therapy approach to address personal goals and work to challenge unwanted thoughts or behaviors. Every individual has room to learn more about themselves and others, which is a crucial part in continuing their personal growth.
