What's My Approach to Therapy?
If you’ve been feeling anxious, burned out, or weighed down by the past, you’re not alone—and you don’t have to keep carrying it by yourself. You may be functioning on the outside but feel stuck in old patterns, constantly on edge, or unsure how to move forward. I believe therapy should be a space where you can slow down, feel safe, and begin to make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and trauma-informed. Together, we’ll explore the experiences that have shaped you, identify what’s keeping you stuck, and work toward relief and lasting change. I integrate EMDR therapy, CBT, and mindfulness-based techniques to help calm the nervous system, process unresolved experiences, and strengthen emotional resilience.
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. My role is to meet you where you are—with curiosity, respect, and care—and to help you reconnect with your capacity for balance, self-trust, and peace. Healing isn’t about becoming someone new; it’s about coming home to yourself.
My Practice & Services
My practice is fully virtual, allowing clients across California and Utah to access therapy from the comfort and privacy of their own space. Sessions are held via secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth, offering flexibility for busy professionals, parents, and anyone seeking quality care without the commute.
I specialize in trauma-informed therapy for anxiety, burnout, and emotional healing, with a focus on helping adults process unresolved experiences through EMDR therapy and other evidence-based approaches. I also integrate mindfulness, CBT, and holistic strategies to support whole-person healing.
At this time, I work exclusively with individual adults. My goal is to make therapy accessible, practical, and deeply supportive—helping you reconnect with balance, clarity, and lasting emotional strength.

My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy
I believe the purpose of psychotherapy is to help you reconnect with yourself?to understand the patterns, experiences, and emotions that shape how you think, feel, and relate to the world. Therapy isn?t about fixing what?s ?wrong? with you; it?s about creating space to explore what?s happened to you and how those experiences continue to live in your body and mind.
Through a safe, collaborative relationship, therapy helps you process pain, release what no longer serves you, and develop healthier ways of coping and connecting. My goal is to help you build insight, emotional balance, and self-compassion so you can move through life with greater confidence, clarity, and ease.
At its core, psychotherapy is about healing?not just surviving, but rediscovering a sense of peace, authenticity, and connection to your true self.
