I believe that a genuine connection with others is essential for healing. Each individual I work with is unique and has their own story to share. Allowing yourself to be vulnerable and share your true feelings, emotions, pains, struggles, and experiences can be extremely difficult. Fear, guilt, and shame prevent us from living our authentic life. Releasing of the shame we hold within allows for growth, healing, forgiveness of self and others, happiness, clarity, and a sense of true freedom.
