My Approach to Helping
I will use several modalities, skills, and techniques to help you reach your goal. I will teach you how to calm your body and mind to help increase your ability to conquer life. Things that I will teach you will consist of: learning how to calm your body and strengthen the mind, body, spiritual connection, communication skills, problem solving skills, and setting limits and boundaries. We will also process the things in the past that might have affected you and are contributing to the difficulties you are facing in your day to day life. Therapy is not a one size fits all and you deserve to find what will work for you. You don't have to continue to struggle and put on a facade that everything is okay. You will be able to be you and not defined by your past experiences.
