Let's work together to overcome the obstacles that are creating a barrier in your life. Sometimes it is difficult to admit to ourselves that things are not what we want them to be. It is often even more difficult to ask for help. Take a moment to congratulate yourself on accomplishing the first two steps to getting to where you want to be. Life is full of challenges and we cannot always overcome them on our own. I have experience working with young adults and adolescents struggling with behavioral and self-esteem issues, grief/loss, anxiety, and trauma. I also have extensive experience working with individuals who are survivors of domestic violence, rape, sexual assault, and adult survivors of child abuse. Please call me today for a free phone consultation. I am here to help you overcome the pain and struggle and begin living the life you want.
