Resentment, frustration, and hostility can turn a relationship that was once a source of joy into a source of misery. I help couples and individuals who are struggling with relationships. Perhaps there was a specific event, or maybe it's just everyday stress wearing you down. The end result is less happiness, less intimacy and less sex.

You don't have to wait until things are really terrible to get help. Even if you feel hopeless, your relationship may be salvageable. If not, then a peaceful separation may be possible.

Many people, men especially, are brought up to believe they should be able to fix personal challenges or relationship issues by themselves, that it shows weakness to ask for help. In my view, it is a sign of courage and strength to seek professional help when needed. Human relationships are complex. It makes sense to have support and guidance when attempting to understand and improve them.

Do you want a happier relationship? A stronger marriage? Is coming home everyday a stressful experience? Do you feel like you're walking on eggshells? Do you struggle with communicating your needs in your relationship? Do you feel stuck in unhealthy patterns? Are you struggling with a big transition or a painful experience? Have you tried to fix it yourself, with limited success?

I can help. Call today and together we can decide if I am the right therapist to help with your specific situation.
