What would it be like to be able to look inside yourself and value what you find there? Our starting point for all we hope for in life is our connection with ourselves, and this truth is at the heart of how I offer support, guidance, growth, and deeply desired change to clients.

As both a client and a psychotherapist, the most powerful work I have experienced is via a modality called Internal Family Systems therapy, (or IFS), You may know of this work from having done it, or having heard about it as it becomes increasingly well-known, admired, and incorporated by many other therapeutic approaches. Although I offer elements from other approaches as well, as needed or desired, I have the most to offer to clients wanting to do IFS work, in which I am certified and trained to the maximum level provided by the IFS organization.

I continue to feel amazed and inspired by witnessing the growth and healing my clients co-create, as well as my own learning and growing as a result of being engaged in this process.
