My Approach to Helping
Is your life out of balance? Does overwork leave you drained and disconnected from your feelings? Do big emotions and reactivity derail your goals and relationships? Real changes are possible when you have a person to process the emotions, behaviors, and thinking patterns to sort out what is helpful, and ways to make the changes required.
I use an integrated blend of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Internal Family Systems/Psycho dynamic Theory. I know the mind and body are intimately entwined, and exploring held emotions, beliefs and behaviors can lead to growth. My goal is to work with you in a way that meets your needs, taking my cues from you about what would be helpful.
