As a therapist my goal is to develop highly individualized therapy experiences for my clients. Clients often share that they have never felt so safe, understood, or empowered in therapy before. My skills are focused in trauma informed care; it is my belief that we are all coming to our daily lives trying to cope with our own experiences of trauma. My hope is that we can work together to develop new levels of self-awareness, connection, and meaning in your life.
