Cancelation Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me at least 48 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full fee due for that hour, unless you are medically ill or have a medical emergency.

What's My Approach to Therapy?

I am a warm, caring clinician that sees clients with many different kinds of issues. I have a specialty in the treatment of OCD, addictions, and job stress. I treat OCD utilizing IFS, EMDR, and AEDP Therapy. I am a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor. I also treat many other forms of addictions. I am fully certified in two evidence based therapies: 1) EMDR or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and 2) IFS or Internal Family Systems Therapy. In a very SAFE manner, these methods of therapy go deeper and are VERY effective. I emphasize the word SAFE because NOTHING is ever discussed unless YOU are comfortable discussing it. You're "the boss" as to what we cover or discuss in therapy.
