I am a warm, caring clinician that sees clients with many different kinds of issues. I have a specialty in the treatment of OCD, addictions, and job stress. I treat OCD utilizing IFS, EMDR, and AEDP Therapy. I am a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor. I also treat many other forms of addictions. I am fully certified in two evidence based therapies: 1) EMDR or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing and 2) IFS or Internal Family Systems Therapy. In a very SAFE manner, these methods of therapy go deeper and are VERY effective. I emphasize the word SAFE because NOTHING is ever discussed unless YOU are comfortable discussing it. You're "the boss" as to what we cover or discuss in therapy.
