Are you struggling with anxiety or anger? Are you having difficulty with the relationships in your life? Do you feel stuck? I'm here to help. I work with children/teens, couples and adults. My approach is compassionate, honest and direct, and my goal in treatment is to get you back to healthy and feeling empowered!

COUPLES THERAPY: Are you having the same fight that you always have? Do you feel disconnected? Are you wondering if you are in the wrong relationship? I have worked with couples at all stages in their relationships and want to get you on the path to connection you deserve!

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY: If you find yourself fighting to get through the day, have difficulty managing all the sad, anxious thoughts in your head, or find yourself always running into the same issues, I would love to help you get on the road to freedom from the anxiety, stress and depression you find yourself in.

CHILD/ADOLESCENT THERAPY: Are you concerned for your teen or pre-teen? In my work with children, I have seen them change the negative course in life they were facing to becoming stable, well adjusted children. I have specialized training in PCIT (Parent Child Interaction Therapy), assisting parents with challenging, defiant children.

More Info About My Practice

Therapy sessions are 50 minutes, or 80 minutes, based on your preference. If you have PPO insurance, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. Call me or email me for more information.

The Duration and Frequency of Therapy

Therapy time frame is a collaborative decision between Therapist and client. I can usually give you an estimate of how long it is going to take to work through the issues you bring to session within the first 1-3 sessions. Therapy can be helpful and beneficial in as few as 6-8 sessions or it may be helpful to come for a length of time, 12 months +. We can address this in the first few sessions.
