A lot of the issues that people face stem from repeating destructive patterns that lead to the same undesired outcomes. Such behavioral patterns were developed not by choice, but by necessity and are habits of life saving responses such as: chase, avoid, overachieve, underachieve, anger, anxiousness, and many more. The problem is that these responses create only an illusion of safety. Through treatment we will identify your patterns and how to change them. I have designed a highly specific set of techniques to assist you in mastery of your life so you can live a life of peace and surrender.

I will help you achieve harmony and balance in your life and your relationships, especially the most important one with yourself.

Through a series of techniques, you can also learn highly effective ways to communicate clearly, succinctly and confidently.

More Info About My Practice

I am currently on Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Lifesync, and Teachers Health Trust insurance panels, however, if you have other insurance I can bill as an out of network provider, provided you have benefits, i.e. PPO plan, or POS plan, etc. and have met your deductible if you have one. I will be happy to provide a superbill that can be submitted to your insurance for reimbursement or bill for you if your insurance requires.

Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist

Someone once told me that a therapist can only take you as far as they have gone themselves. Make sure that your therapist not only has superior clinical experience but has worked through their own life experiences which would enable them to humanize their treatment and lend true empathy, understanding, as well as be objectivity.
