I believe that creating trust in the therapeutic relationship is imperative. I want my clients to feel safe in sharing their most intimate fears & anxieties without feeling judged. Often times our biggest obstacles in life keep us stuck; yet at the same time, they can lead to our greatest triumphs. We all have our own set of strengths and weaknesses; and it is important to learn to use our strengths to our advantage. Self-exploration is essential in the therapy process. In order for us to create happiness and harmony in our relationships and in our lives, we have to create internal happiness. My goal is to help you do that.

I offer a reduced rate of $60.00 per 50 minute session in an attempt to make counseling available & affordable.
