What's My Approach to Therapy?

Within ourselves lies everything we need to rise up to life's challenges. Sometimes we just need help finding that "everything." Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with an integrative approach to therapy. I am honored to serve as your trusted partner in the counseling process. Through listening, understanding, and drawing on the resources of proven counseling strategies, I work to help you recognize your internal strengths and life-long successes. We then move to processing past hurts, setting goals for change, and stepping forward to "where you want to be." I have special interest in and individual counseling experience with Pet Illness and Loss, Anxiety and Depression, Career Development, Fitness Motivation, Self-Esteem Issues and Trauma. I look forward to becoming your partner on your journey to wellness!
