My approach with therapy is empathic and straightforward. This allows individuals to talk about issues that they might find shameful or embarrassing. I believe that therapy can be an essential part of positive change that people want to make in their lives.

I have been trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Internal Family Systems. Both of these approaches ensure that I look at both underlying issues and specific techniques or skills that bring about long term benefits.
