We may find ourselves struggling with difficult or broken relationships, illness, the death of a loved one or unresolved issues from our childhood. At times we might feel anxious, confused, depressed and even hopeless and we don't know where to turn to find relief. Struggles and challenges are part of the human condition and sometimes we need a little assistance to overcome them. I am passionate about helping people get in touch with their emotional and spiritual selves, and acquire tools for self-growth, for reducing anxiety and depression and for improved relationships. In a comfortable and safe environment we can collaborate in exploring the issues that affect you and the obstacles that hold you back from realizing your highest potential. Combining several modalities my approach to therapy is custom tailored to meet each individual's unique needs. I am an out-of-network provider for insurance companies and I would be happy to provide you with a statement that you can submit to your insurance company. I try to accommodate my clients by providing morning, afternoon, evening and weekend session times. I understand that during this time of uncertainty when therapy might be especially helpful you might be reluctant to meet in person. Therefore I am offering the option of HIPPA compliant video or phone sessions.
