My Approach to Helping

I work from the perspective that each person has the ability to heal their own life. I see my role as one of a guide helping people discover those abilities and how to utilize them. My work is born out of a heartfelt compassion for people who live their lives while attempting to grapple with the anxiety, depression, fear, addiction, abuse, or hopelessness they may experience. It can also be hard to reach out and ask for help, so please know that your courage in looking for support is recognized and deeply respected.
