My Approach to Helping
I strive to create a safe environment through which we can explore the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that are creating conflicts in your life. Together we will work to identify both the aspects of your life that are working for you, as well as the aspects that might benefit from deeper understanding and awareness. I believe that with a sensitive and non-judgemental therapist, you will gain the ability to explore the parts of yourself that will bring about the changes you desire and much, much, more. Clients have said that they appreciate my sense of humor, feedback and support, curiousity, and sensitivity to their unique situations.
