My Approach to Helping

I believe that people are all inherently good and it is our life experiences and circumstances that sometimes cause us to "lose our way." I work with people of all ages to help empower them. I work to assist them in highlighting the strengths they already have to help promote positive change and happiness in their lives. I believe that therapy is a collaborative effort between myself and the individual/family to help set and acheive goals to create the changes that the individual/family wants to make.
