What's My Approach to Therapy?
Are you feeling overwhelmed or stuck?
Have you experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, or panic attacks? Are you recovering from narcissistic abuse or struggling in a relationship affected by sex addiction or infidelity? Maybe you're having trouble with communication, conflict, or important life decisions.
You're not alone. Every year, one in four Americans seeks help from a mental health professional. Reaching out doesn’t mean you’re broken—it means you’re human. We all need support sometimes.
I'm Suzanne, and I believe in a holistic approach to healing—restoring the mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're navigating a crisis or just need someone to talk to, I’m here to help you find clarity, strength, and hope.
Don't wait. Healing begins with a single step.
My Practice & Services
Intense Healing for Sexual Addiction
I work closely and intensively with individuals struggling with sex addiction—and I’ve seen powerful, lasting results.
My approach goes beyond surface-level change. I focus on helping clients uncover the root causes of their behavior, release the shame they carry, and build a solid plan for long-term sobriety. Together, we work through triggers, create structure and accountability, and foster true emotional healing.
For those in relationships, I am especially mindful of the trauma experienced by partners. Betrayal is deep, and the path forward starts with honesty, boundaries, and support for both individuals.
Healing is possible. It takes courage, commitment, and the right guidance—but you don’t have to do it alone. If you're ready to do the work, I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.
Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With
I specialize in treating trauma, anxiety, and panic attacks using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful and evidence-based approach that helps clients process and heal from distressing experiences. I also work extensively with individuals who have lived with or are recovering from narcissistic abuse?helping them rebuild self-worth, set healthy boundaries, and move forward with clarity and confidence.
What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist
I love watching those that have witnessed trauma be free of their anxiety, hypervigilance, and panic attacks and live a peaceful, happy life. Also, I love watching couples on the brink of divorce from sex addiction begin the path of restoration, make meaningful connection, and rekindle their relationships.
