I specialize in the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of Depression, Anxiety, OCD, Eating Disorders, ADHD, Trauma, and Substance Abuse.

Psychotherapy is a systematic method of treatment in which patient and therapist meet at regularly scheduled intervals to discuss troubling problems and feelings. The relationship between patient and therapist is a collaborative effort. Therapy may lead to an increase in self-knowledge and provide symptom reduction.
