My Approach to Helping

During life we may experience difficulties, struggles and loss and I truly believe this is what makes us beautiful. As we learn to find our way through these trials, we may seek support through counseling, and I understand the strength and courage it takes to do this. I respect the vulnerability it takes to venture on this path and look forward to offering you support through this process.
On this journey of emotional healing and recovery I love seeing the progression one experiences as they show up and commit to working through life’s difficulties. These difficulties often leave us feeling helpless, isolated, and overwhelmed. As we unpack the trauma, anger, pain, and loss, you will learn tools for healing, growth, and living authentically by transforming the way you connect with yourself and others. We will walk down this path at your pace while using all the tools I can offer including, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization, and Reprocessing (EMDR), neurofeedback and many more to find the process that works best for you no matter your circumstances.
I’m passionate about working with people who have experienced trauma. This may include abuse such as narcissistic, relational, and childhood. I am also passionate about working with people who experience PTSD, neglect, betrayal, attachment wounds, and relationship issues. I enjoy helping with ADHD, overcoming pornography or sex addictions, depression, stress, anxiety, and emotional regulation.
