My Approach to Helping

As we walk through life, we are affected by so many events that can change us. Sometimes the change is in the wrong direction, and if is difficult to find your way back. As your therapist, I can help you return to the person you once were, or help you to be the person you can be. Everyone needs help sometimes, you are just the courageous one who chooses to seek it. Congratulations on taking that first step in finding peace and happiness. If you are a parent and you are worried about your child's behaviors, I will assess your situation, and together, we will come up with a plan that will help your child to lead a happier and healthier life. Anxiety and depression are increasingly common today. If you are experiencing sleep distrubance, eating changes, lack of motivation, fatigue or a general disinterest in life, please know that you do not have to live like this. I will help you embrace life and help you to untangle the emotions inside you which are holding you back from happiness. In today's busy world, it is difficult to maintain the healthy marriage you once had. We will work together to determine where things went wrong, and find out what your goals for your relationship is, and work towards that goal.
