I am a licensed psychotherapist with over 12 years of experience. I specialize in helping clients with anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, grief, loss, anger, & relationship issues. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and goal oriented to meet each client's unique needs. I have experience working with individuals, couples, and families of all ages and backgrounds. I also have extensive experience in substance abuse and dual diagnosis treatment centers dealing with all types of addiction, mental health and trauma.
My approach is integrative, meaning that I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies and techniques to tailor treatment to the specific needs and goals of each client. I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and that a flexible and individualized approach is essential for creating meaningful and lasting change. Some of the therapies and techniques I draw from include dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Gottman method, mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-focused therapies.
