My Approach to Helping
Hello, here is a little of my background. The US Army Medical Command Center and School trained me with specifics on CBTREBT and solution-focused therapy. I also strongly advocate for Animal Assisted Therapy when clinically appropriate.
I strive to engage children, adolescents, adults, Veterans, seniors, and families in a process of healing and growth that celebrates their individuality, identifies all barriers to quality of life, mitigates those barriers, and challenges each participant to live to their utmost potential. We focus on the complex realities of biopsychosocial issues and provide innovative services, which respond to the diverse needs of our patients and the community.
"We strive to maximize the quality of life, we do it well, and we do it every day.”
