I aim to build a trusting relationship with you, validate your experience, and to meet you where you’re at so we can move forward together.
I see therapy as a collaborative effort and tailor my approach to your specific needs. I may use techniques from person-centered therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), or acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to support your care.
