What's My Approach to Therapy?
Maddy Rosas holds the belief that everyone deserves the opportunity for healing and to build a life that is nourishing to one’s needs, goals, and aspirations. She recognizes that the path to healing is challenging and often nonlinear, which is why she will meet you exactly where you are. Starting therapy takes courage, and Maddy recognizes the bravery and vulnerability it requires. She is committed to creating a safe space where you feel supported in reaching goals in a way that is authentic to you!

Maddy Rosas has her Master of Arts degree in couple and family therapy from the University of Colorado at Denver. In addition, she received a Bachelor of Science degree in human development and family studies with a concentration in leadership and entrepreneurial studies, and a minor in legal studies from Colorado State University. Maddy utilizes techniques from internal family systems therapy (IFS), narrative therapy, emotion focused therapy (EFT), and somatic experiencing.
