My Approach to Helping
Are you looking for therapy services for the first time? Or do you have experience with therapy and looking to continue your journey? I believe that therapy is a collaborative process that can assist people during life’s most difficult moments and transitions. My therapeutic approach is person centered. While my goal is to assist people in gaining insight and resiliency, I also believe people sometimes simply need a safe space to explore thoughts and feelings. I have experience helping people navigate through the difficulties of depression, anxiety, relationalfamily conflict, trauma, grief, cultural traditions, life transitions, self-esteem and stress management.
I am dedicated to providing therapy services to people of diverse cultural backgrounds, diverse sexualities, gender identities and expressions. My goal is to assist people to explore and navigating their problems and social attachments while highlighting and utilizing their individual strengths.
