My Approach to Helping

I provide a nonjudgmental atmosphere where clients can explore and challenge dysfunction in relationships, phases of life transitions, manage experienced stress and anxiety issues, and address trauma with methods that result in desired change. My approach to counseling is integrative and utilizes strength-based, person-centered, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) techniques.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I am a competent and compassionate clinician with extensive experience working with clients healing from various types of traumas to include sexual assault, domestic violence. I am passionate about meeting you where you are and equipping and empowering you to overcome your life traumas to become your best self
