My Approach to Helping

I work with college students and young adults. The years between 18-40 are not only busy externally with transitions, school, work, activities and relationships, but we're also managing anxiety, self-doubt, and exploring how past experiences currently influence our sense of self. I love exploring identity; working with you to integrate all the parts of your authentic self into a feeling of being fully "you" everyday. I work on relationalresponse patterns you feel stuck in, building trust and confidence in your own decision-making, resolving sources of stress and criticism & I'm just generally dedicated to raising up your self-worth.

I specialize in young adulthood, adoptees, and LGBTQ+ affirmative therapy. I have extensive training and experience working with young adults navigating past trauma, partnering, self-worth, and difficult family relationships. My clinical background includes community health, LGBTQ resource centers, nature-based retreats, and private practice.

My therapeutic focus is integrative and trauma-informed -- I understand that traditional models of counseling aren't helpful or affirming to every client. My style is authentic, supportive, and I center my client's lived experience. I welcome everyone into my space. Sign up for a free 15 minute consultation on my website or by email!
