My Approach to Helping
My aim is to be present with each person I see in counseling as we, together, navigate the process of your healing.
I approach my clients with acceptance and compassion, as well as a sense of fun. I love to share my experience of improving family relationships through deep mutual connection. I lost my husband in a car accident when my children were young, and I have a heart for the difficulties we all face. My life gives me a unique perspective, and I have a personal understanding of grief and of current or past traumatic events.
