My Approach to Helping
I work with a variety of people, all facing different challenges. I am here to support and encourage you as you continue to explore your curiosities or I can also be helpful by gently challenging you as you continue to discover new aspects of yourself and your life. The one common thread that all of my clients share is that they are all motivated for change in order to reach their highest, and most fulfilled, potential.
I am a meditation instructor and continue to use these tools, along with yoga and mindfulness skills, to help deal with a range of issues including anxiety, depression, life transitions, addiction, and sexual abuse. I also enjoy working with those moving through periods of existential and spiritual challenge.
