My Approach to Helping

We can work together to identify your goals, improve your quality of life, and develop a strong sense of self in the process. In my practice I utilize a compassionate, strength based approach. I have a direct, empowering style and believe that the therapeutic process is a collaboration between the client and the therapist. I believe that you are the expert in your life; I will be working with you to identify goals and a treatment plan that will be tailored to your needs and existing strengths. My goal is to provide a safe, non judgmental space where you can develop insight and understanding of who you are, and to recognize patterns that are holding you back from achieving your personal andor professional goals. In our work together I will support you in developing the tools and coping skills to make the lasting positive changes you want and deserve in your life.
