My Approach to Helping

Specializing in all anxiety related disorders, professional and personal burnout, relationship and couples concerns (Gottman), and depression. Specialized populations served include: healthcare workers, education professionals, high demand and upper level professionals, new mothers and parents, parents to neuroatypical children and adults. In addition to those populations noted above, I have many years experience, starting in 2009, working with a broad range of individuals with varying needs.

Introductory remarks: Perhaps you're anxious, experiencing frequent panic, or feel down more often than not. Maybe you feel depleted by struggles within your relationship(s), are struggling to adjust to parenthood andor challenges of neuroatypical children, or are finding it difficult to manage your professional and personal stressors.

Carrying the weight of difficult to bear experiences and emotions can feel insurmountable at times.  Therapy is a process of growth, self-discovery, and a gradual build of hope.  In sessions, we will focus on your priorities and tailor your therapeutic process to show the true potential therapy has for improved self-awareness, helpful behavior change, smoother adjustments to life's challenges, and ultimately a more fulfilling life.

Whether it's for just you or your relationship, I have the experience and expertise to find a way toward what matters to you most.

Therapy is a process of growth and self-discovery, and in my sessions I promote improved awareness of overlooked practical changes, transformation in the way you think and how you respond to your experiences. This has a profound influence on the way you feel and promotes a greater alignment with what matters most to you. I have the experience and expertise to find a way toward what matters to you most.

Consider scheduling a complimentary 15 minute phone call to learn how I can help with your unique needs.
