Specializing in all anxiety related disorders, professional and personal burnout, relationship and couples concerns (Gottman), and depression. Specialized populations served include: healthcare workers, education professionals, high demand and upper level professionals, new mothers and parents, parents to neuroatypical children and adults. In addition to those populations noted above, I have many years experience, starting in 2009, working with a broad range of individuals with varying needs.
