My Approach to Helping
Life can be hard. Bad things happen to good people. Know however that you do not need to travel the road alone. As one who has experienced many of life’s “curveballs” I commit to giving my patients my energy, acceptance, tools to work with, compassion and knowledge, all in a non-judgmental forum. I have been counseling people from all backgrounds for over 30 years and employ the following therapies: Cognitive-Behavioral, Applied Behavior Analysis, Family Systems, Logotherapy (one of my favorite!), Motivational Interviewing and others are woven together in an eclectic format because no two persons are alike.
I am a Licensed Professional Therapist, a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, a Certified Brain Injury Specialist-Trainer and an Everyday Behavior Tools Instructor. Most importantly, I so look forward to meeting you and walking with you on this journey! Blessings.
