My Approach to Helping

Hello and thank you for visiting my profile. I am a licensed psychologist who works with diverse individuals with a range of clinical issues from various walks of life. I view you as the expert of you and I serve as a guide to increase self awareness and change. It is an honor for me to guide individuals through the process of change in treatment. Whether in distress or for self improvement, I tailor treatment to your unique needs. I strive to create a supportive, respectful, and safe environment for individuals in order to actively explore deep personal issues and experiment with new ways of thinking, behaving, and relating. Some qualities I bring to the process are empathy, compassion, and respect. I have experience working from a variety of treatment approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy. I believe all humans have innate strengths that I focus on identifying and building upon in treatment.
