My Approach to Helping
My great passion is creating safe spaces for others to be authentically and unapologetically themselves. At the core of my approach is the belief that every individual has the ability and potential to access inner strengths, heal themselves, and reach desired goals.
I am only taking clients who are specifically looking to explore, begin or continue their journey to self-love. Self-love is the most beautiful gift that you can offer to yourself. Self-love is powerful. It affects every aspect of our lives including our perception of ourselves, our relationships, our careers, our motivation, our happiness, and so much more. It can be hard to make productive, healthy, and fulfilling life choices when you are disconnected from, or unhappy with, your true self.
My goal is to empower my clients to accept and love themselves. Each session allows for time to process and talk through situations. In addition, you receive a personalized plan to help guide you through your journey. This plan includes practices for self-inquiry, psychoeducation, coping techniques, homework, and more. This ensures that you are doing the work and are supported during the process. We will explore various components of self-love including self-forgiveness, self-acceptance, self-compassion, self-care, and more. My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself by confronting the past and building the future that you want.
