What's My Approach to Therapy?

My approach is rooted in trauma and Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed care. I recognize the impact of past experiences while creating a safe, supportive environment for growth. I incorporate holistic practices to honor the mind-body connection, addressing not just symptoms but the underlying sources of distress.

I generally work with people who are looking for something in addition to typical talk therapy, whether learning more about how to regulate emotions or understanding more about their triggers that create barriers for their relationship or career goals. I also help people work through trauma responses, whether this is a gradual experience over time in a toxic connection or with wanting to process sexual trauma that is still affecting you years later.
