My Approach to Helping
As a dedicated therapist with a focus on helping individuals navigate anxiety, depression, complex trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. I believe that curiosity and empathy are key to each person’s individual healing journey.
Using strengths based and relational psychotherapy as my grounding practice, I aim to co-create a non-judgemental space in which you can feel safe to explore your unique experiences and express whatever you need to in the moment. I am inspired by cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoanalysis, attachment theory, polyvagal theory and internal family systems, which in turn lends itself to my integrative approach to therapy. I offer a space in which we can work together to discover what approaches work best for you.
I am open to working with adults, adolescents, couples, and families, with a special interest in working with adopted folks interested in exploring identity and belonging.
