My Approach to Helping
If you’re here, you might be feeling anxious, stuck in old patterns, or just not like yourself. Maybe you’re constantly trying to hold everything together, managing perfectionism or burnout, and it’s starting to take a toll. Or maybe something harder to name is going on, you just feel off, disconnected, or overwhelmed, and you want to understand why.
I work with people who are navigating anxiety, sexual trauma, childhood trauma, postpartum transitions, and big questions around identity, relationships, or how to feel more at home in their own skin. Many of my clients come to therapy because they’re tired of coping alone, and they want space to slow down and figure things out with someone who’s really paying attention.
In our work together, we’ll look at what’s happening now, but also at the deeper layers—how earlier experiences, old wounds, or internalized messages might still be shaping the way you feel today. I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and respect, and I always move at your pace.
If you’re looking for a therapist who will take you seriously, listen closely, and work with you to understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, I’d be honored to connect.
