My Approach to Helping
My specialty is helping clients understand why certain patterns have emerged in their lives. By fully appreciating our unwanted patterns we can gain clarity about how to change them. I believe lasting change comes from an awareness of our beliefs and values coupled with habit change.
I see emotions as information about what we value. In just one interaction we can experience one or several emotions at a time. This can make it tricky to decipher what our emotions are trying to communicate. Together we can observe the information your mind, heart, and body gives you, creating awareness about what it is they uniquely need from you.
