I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing individual psychotherapy and couples counseling. I hold a safe, compassionate, therapeutic space. I view people not as problems to be solved, but persons with vast resources to be known. Taking into account the physical, emotional, relational, cultural, and spiritual dimensions, I draw upon a variety of strength-based approaches that utilize the natural capacity of persons and relationships to change. Viewing the therapeutic relationship as the heart of psychotherapy, I will meet you where you are, encourage you to turn toward your pain, assist you in developing strategies, and help you access your inner and relational resources.
