My Approach to Helping
It is important that you feel a connection with your therapist before you commit to therapy. I offer free 15-minute phone consultations where you can ask questions about the process, explain what it is you are looking for from therapy, and more. Please click the links to call or email to schedule your consultation.
I work with individuals of all gender identities over the age of 16. My practice is fully telehealth-based, and I work hard to make sure clients feel supported, connected, and comfortable through a virtual platform. We will be sure to talk about what it is you are looking for from therapy and to identify meaningful goals. We will then work at a pace that feels comfortable for you so you can achieve the goals you have set for yourself.
I have done significant work with individuals who have experienced interpersonal violence (dating violence, domestic violence, sexual harassment, assault, abuse, etc.) at various stages of their lives. I have worked primarily with college-aged individuals trying to navigate life after an assault, an abusive relationship, and with those trying to cope with a potentially unhealthy relationship.
I have experience working with individuals impacted by depression, anxiety, stress, challenging family dynamics, life transitions, and interpersonal conflict. I have also worked with a number of clients looking to learn more about themselves and where they came from; processing the impact that this has on their present-day life and relationships.
I believe every person’s story is unique, and that everyone’s experience with therapy will be unique as well. I look forward to meeting you, learning about who you are, and supporting you in achieving your therapeutic goals.
