I have been trained to listen and to guide you into a space of increased self-awareness and insight into why you are feeling so "stuck". Unhealthy cycles of addictive behaviors and relationship patterns may prevent you from living your best life, but it is so hard to stop and make a change. With greater clarity comes the possibility to make better choices for your future and also improve your relationships with others.
My hope is to join with you on a journey of self-discovery by assisting you to achieve greater understanding and awareness into what motivates and what blocks your healing. With new insights, you may feel empowered to reach your personal heights- or you may simply experience relief from the negative self-perception that has been holding you back from attaining your goals.
