What's My Approach to Therapy?

As a licensed mental health counselor and certified addiction professional, I have been trained to effectively listen and support you in exploring the reasons you may be struggling with food, alcohol and relationship issues. Increased awareness is a first step to creating the changes you desire. I can help you develop a plan to achieve your goals for better mental health and personal growth . Our work together will provide you with a space to talk about feelings and thoughts that seem overwhelming, but can be better understood when spoken about in therapy.
With greater insight and clarity comes the possibility to make better choices in how your think, act, and ultimately how you perceive the challenges you are facing with disordered eating, addictions, codependency and life transitions.

My hope is to join with you on a journey of self-discovery by helping you gain understanding of your thoughts and emotions that might hinder your healing, so that you can begin to feel better and experience greater self-confidence and improved relationships.

Sessions are held in the privacy of my office located in Palm Beach Gardens, or we could meet by secure video sessions from the comfort and convenience of your home. We can discuss which option will work best for you.
