What's My Approach to Therapy?
When trauma, anxiety, or alcohol use challenges leave you feeling trapped or disconnected, therapy can be the bridge back to peace and clarity. In our first session, we'll co-create a plan rooted in your strengths and goals, so you feel clearer, calmer, and more in control.
There's no one-size-fits-all in healing. I draw from evidence-based approaches like eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and attachment-focused therapy to create a plan that supports your strengths and addresses the symptoms that are getting in the way of your life. I use eye movement desensitization and reprocessing and other approaches to help clients process trauma, anxiety, addiction, and family struggles in a safe and effective way. Because no two people heal the same, I tailor therapy to your needs while creating a compassionate, supportive space where you can feel understood and begin to grow.
